Fractional hours for scenarios not properly calculated

If I put in 0.5 hours it gets saved correctly but does not count towards the total.

    Andy,

    Thanks for bringing our attention to this. We're continuing to debate whether or not we should keep estimates rounded to the hour. In my own use of the application, I've found that it would be most valuable for scenarios under 1 hour. Regardless, thanks for alerting us to the fact that the input field should be consistent with our decision and either not allow fractions, or add them properly.

    Stay tuned for a solution in either direction.
