I've invited a couple people to my projects but they haven't received their email invitations.

Looks like this couy a spam filter problems on the users' end. I just sent a few invitations to myself on various account and they all came through okay.
You can always remove and add them again to re-send the email if you want to tell them "I sent it at noon" so they can check a specific time amongst their spam.
If they can't find it there, let us know and we'll investigate further.

Got it. Only new invites were being sent out. Now, an invite is sent for each project you get invited to.
